Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your account and data for StickerForge, an app developed by Serious Business for iOS, Android, and the web at stickerforge.app. One account serves all three, so deleting it removes your data everywhere.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way is from the StickerForge app on iPhone or Android, while signed in to the account you want to delete:

1. Open StickerForge and tap the Settings (gear) icon at the top of your packs screen.
2. In the Account section, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm by tapping Delete account again.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out. The steps are the same on iPhone and Android.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in to StickerForge, with the subject “Delete my account”. Sending from that address lets us confirm the account is yours. If you signed in with Sign in with Apple and hid your email, tell us so in the message and we will help you verify the account. We will delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days of your request.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently:

• Delete your sticker packs, stickers, prompts, generation history, product events, and pending generations.
• Delete your stored sticker images and any reference photos you uploaded. Image files are removed from storage shortly after the request.
• Remove the notes from any reports you filed.
• Clear your email address, name, credits, and subscription status.
• Delete your Firebase sign-in account, so you can no longer sign in with it.

Deleted data cannot be recovered, and any unused credits are lost.

What we keep

Purchase and subscription records are kept after account deletion where needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and refund handling, but they are no longer linked to your account. We keep them only as long as those legal and accounting obligations require. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it with the store you subscribed through so you are not charged again:

• Google Play: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, StickerForge, and Cancel subscription.
• App Store: open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, StickerForge, and Cancel Subscription.
