Using StickerForge

StickerForge is a service that generates custom sticker packs using AI. It is available as an iOS app on the App Store, an Android app on Google Play, and on the web at stickerforge.app. By using it on any of these, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use StickerForge. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.

If you use the iOS app, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you use the Android app, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for StickerForge or its content.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with Apple. One account works across iOS, Android, and the web, and your packs sync between them. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You own the prompts you write and any images you upload. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to use them to generate your stickers (including sending them to our AI image providers for that purpose) and to store and sync them to your account.

You are responsible for what you submit. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and do not upload photos of other people without their permission. Do not submit content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this.

You can report a pack or sticker you believe is inappropriate from inside the app, or by emailing us. We review reports and may remove content that violates these terms.

Generated stickers

Stickers generated by StickerForge are yours to use personally. We do not claim ownership over them. You may not resell or sublicense generated stickers as a standalone product.

Stickers are created by AI. Results can be unexpected or inaccurate, and similar prompts may produce similar results for other people.

Subscriptions on iOS and Android

In the iOS and Android apps, sticker pack generation is offered through an auto-renewing subscription. Two plans are offered: Weekly, at $6.99 per week, which includes up to 2 packs per week, and Annual, at $79.99 per year, which includes up to 10 packs per month. These are US prices; prices in other countries are shown in your local currency in the app and may differ. Pack allowances reset at 00:00 UTC (weekly allowances on Monday, monthly allowances on the first of the month), and unused packs do not carry over.

New subscribers may be offered a 3-day free trial. The trial uses the same pack allowance as the plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price at the end of the trial. Eligibility for a trial is determined by Apple or Google.

Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (on iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Play Store, Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your StickerForge account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google, under their respective refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases directly. If a purchase is refunded, the subscription it unlocked ends.

A subscription belongs to your StickerForge account, so it works when you sign in to the same account on another platform. To avoid being charged twice, don't buy a second subscription on another platform while one is active.

Credits on the web

On the web, generating sticker packs consumes credits. Credits can be purchased on stickerforge.app, with payment processed by Stripe. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits do not expire.

Free credits may be granted at our discretion and may be subject to additional restrictions.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. StickerForge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from use of the service.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the iOS or Android app, or by contacting [email protected]. Deleting your account permanently removes your packs and stickers and cannot be undone. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, so cancel that separately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
