Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and a unique identifier from that provider. We store this to associate your sticker packs and credit balance with your account. We do not receive or store your password.

When you generate a sticker pack, we store the prompt you entered, any reference image you uploaded, and the resulting sticker images. These are tied to your account so they sync across devices.

When you make a purchase, Stripe handles payment processing. We do not store your card number or any sensitive payment information — only a record of the transaction and the credits added to your account.

How we use it

We use your data to operate StickerForge: authenticating you, syncing your packs across devices, processing credit purchases, and generating stickers. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not send marketing emails.

Third-party services

  • Firebase — authentication and data storage (Google)
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Cloudflare — CDN and hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to access, correct, or port your data — contact us at the same address.

Cookies

We use Firebase Authentication, which sets a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of StickerForge after changes constitutes acceptance.
